Recommendation Letter Best Practices

Hello, thanks for checking this question out! I wanted to know if there is a possible downside to using up all of the recommendation letter spots. UCh offers 2 required teachers, one optional teacher, and one supplemental. Is there a possibility that sending four letters would come off as desperate or unconfident or the like? Thanks!
